Share any USB Flash Drive over the Internet with Pogoplug

The Pogoplug gadget delivers an easy way to share any USB Flash Drive over the Internet and it even works with iPhones.

The device is just a white brick with one USB port, one Ethernet port, and one power cord. By inserting any USB Drive into the port the data stored on a portable drive can instantly be accessed over the Internet. USB Drives can be formatted in any of the following file systems: NTFS, FAT32, HFS+ (non-journaled) or EXT-2/EXT-3. With a USB hub multiple memory drives can be connected to Pogoplug.

The setup process is simplified to the maximum and allows any user to get a portable USB Drive up onto the Internet very quickly. Once up and running, the user can logon to Pogoplug.com share from any web browser and upload, download or view files from there.
If the user is on the same local network as Pogoplug, the device is smart enough to use your Wi-Fi/Ethernet to transfer files faster. There is also Mac and Windows software available that loads the share as a network-mounted drive. Pogoplug also enables the user to stream MP3 files via iPhone app, download files onto iPhone, view JPG files, PDF or Doc files via Wi-Fi or 3G… Anything stored on a USB Flash Drive can be shared.
