There are three distinct processes being used to print logos and text on USB Drive casing:

• Silk Screen
• Laser Engraving
• Hot Stamping

The decision on which process is most suitable is determined initially by the selected USB Flashdrive product and the material used on its outer shell (aluminium, plastic, rubber or leather).
Silk Screen logo printing
The most widely used and most versatile solution for printing on Aluminium, Metal, Plastic or Wood. Fully support the use of colour.

Laser Engraving logo printing
Suitable for Aluminium or Metal shells. The logo and text are engraved in the surface. This process does not support the use of colours.

Hot Stamping logo printing
Used on leather coated drives. The logo and text are imprinted using a hot stamping process. This process does not support the use of colours.
