I was reading a blog today about USB Key Encryption utility: Secured eUSB. I like the idea of securing the data on the flash drive with the password. In case of the key getting lost your personal or business data will not find its way to be readily available for the free download on the internet sharing sites. One thing just made me thinking. The way we live today we have a dozen usernames and passwords, pin numbers or some other secure personal credentials. Are you likely to remember yet another password? And what happens exactly when you forget your password?

This is why a printed flash drive comes in handy. If you are placing your logo on one side of your drive that you are giving to your employees, and securing the corporate data on the flash drives with the passwords protection, it is wise to print the web address or the phone of the support for the lost passwords!
